Platonische Körper is the German term for platonic solids, which are the focused subject of this project. Those solids are namely the Trihedron, Hexahedron, Octahedron, Dodecahedron and the Icosahedron. The different application of the Golden Cut on the Hexahedron in order to create the other four objects is an endless process of studying and exploration. These models are the outcome of the class 3D Grundlagen Lehrmittel, which stands for 3D basic studies. The class is offered at the Cheung Kong School of Art and Design(CKAD) to create the core basics of product design.
