Located between the the coastal wetlands and Shantou Sea in Niu Tian Yang this building is serving as a resting and observation area for tourists. To create this landmark, two entries were made of which the second one has been choosen for its reduced design that contains hughe glass walls and a direct contact from the stairs to the grass.
